Average age of the vines are 37 years. Aged 14 months in big 225L French oak barrels, hereof 40% new oak. The wine is made from a mix of the 21 plots in the possession of the house and vinification is done plot by plot in order to give the perfect blend and unique character of the different soils etc.
Sweet spices, cedar, currant, vanilla, tobacco, herbs, dark fruit. Balanced with integrated acidity and tannins.
