Vinification:
100% Sauvignon Blanc, pressed gently. Only the best and tastiest juice is used. Vinification happens at low temperature in temperature controlled vats. This wine is produced from 50 year old vines and undergoes no filtration. A high percentage of the wine is aged in oak barrels.
